If you require a guaranteed service, Next Day Special Delivery* is available for orders placed before 2pm on a working week day. Orders placed after 2pm Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered Tuesday**

You will receive an email when order has been placed and when your order is despatched. Your card will not be charged until items are despatched. We try our very best to keep items in stock, if your item is out of stock we will email you with an estimated delivery date. Any orders for out of stock items will be held on back order until they are available. You have the option to cancel your order at any stage.
Returns

You have the right to return any unused items in a re-saleable condition (unworn in original packaging with tags attached) for a refund or exchange within 14 days. Please ensure that briefs/thongs etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Free returns and exchanges
No quibble freepost returns and exchanges! Just fill in the form included on the back of your invoice and follow the instructions below:
We enclose a postage paid returns label with your order. Pack your items up, stick the label to the front of the package and then take to a local post office and ask for a Certificate of Posting (available free), so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep this certificate until you have received your refund or replacement.
The small print
Goods returned after the 14 day period at our discretion may be subject to a £3.00 handling fee. If goods are returned to us by Royal Mail due to non-collection and we have already re-issued items, postage will be recharged at the original rate. If you require a VAT receipt for goods please contact us and we will forward one.
