Ordering online:
All online orders are via our 128bit secure connection, and are fully secure against fraud. Our customer services team do not even see your full card details, they are sent directly to our acquiring bank HSBC. Your data is safe at all times.
Placing orders via telephone
You may also place orders via telephone. Write down the item codes (shown in bold on product pages e.g. BL 538) and sizes/colours you require and give us a call on 0845 838 4682. You may also want to have an email address to hand (we can then send you confirmation when your order is despatched). Customer services are open Monday to Friday 10-5.30.
We will send you emails to update you on your order
You will receive an email when order has been placed and when your order is despatched. Your card will not be charged until items are despatched. We try our very best to keep items in stock, but if your item is out of stock we will email you with an estimated delivery date. Any orders for out of stock items will be held on back order until they are available. You have the option to cancel your order at any stage.
We will not
- Divulge your personal or card details to any third party.
- Misuse your email address or sell it to any third party.
Card security
We take card security as our highest priority. Card details are securely captured, encrypted and sent to payment service provider Protx. From here they are sent directly to HSBC. We only charge your card when goods are actually despatched.
